plates is a static road trip license plate game available at plates.taptofocus.com. The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, payment information, or location.

Browser Storage

The app uses browser storage, including localStorage and service worker cache, so the game works reliably and can remember progress on the same device and browser.

• Saved plate progress and found timestamps.
• Display preferences, such as light or dark appearance.
• Passenger safety acknowledgment for the current local date.
• Privacy and cookie choice acknowledgment.
• Cached app files and plate images for faster loading and offline reliability.

This information is stored in your browser. The app does not send saved game progress to a server.

Cookies and Tracking

The app uses Google Analytics with measurement ID G-WRXD47DGZ7 to understand site visits and usage. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice.

Google Analytics may process usage data such as page views, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device details, and interaction metadata. The app does not use advertising cookies or social media tracking cookies.

Hosting and Network Data

The site is delivered through Cloudflare DNS and AWS CloudFront/S3 hosting. Those providers may process standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and similar request metadata, to deliver the site, provide security, and operate their networks.

Sharing

The app does not sell personal information and does not share saved game progress with advertisers or data brokers. Google Analytics receives analytics data only when analytics cookies are accepted.

Your Choices

You can decline analytics cookies by choosing "Essential only" in the notice. You can reset saved plate progress using the reset control in the game. You can also clear this site's browser storage in your browser settings to remove saved progress, preferences, cookie choices, and cached files.

Children

The app is a general road trip game and is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app changes, such as if advertising, accounts, or server-side saved progress are added later.
